Shipping & delivery

Orders are packed by hand in signature Klementina packaging and dispatched from Australia on business days.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us. Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a piece is not right, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Return postage is covered by Klementina for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Engraved and personalised pieces are final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece has been inspected, usually within five business days of arrival.

Gold vermeil is a layer of solid gold over sterling silver. Treated gently, it keeps its warmth for years.

Put jewellery on last and take it off first — perfume, hairspray and lotion dull the finish.
Remove pieces before swimming, bathing, sleeping or exercising.
Wipe gently with the polishing cloth provided after wear; avoid silver dips and abrasive cleaners.
Store each piece separately in the pouch provided, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Every Klementina piece is made in 14k gold vermeil over recycled sterling silver, with hand-set cubic zirconia where stones appear.

Nickel: Nickel-free and suitable for most sensitive ears

Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by Klementina.
Marketing email is sent only to people who have asked for it, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Your wishlist is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. An order is accepted once payment has been received and confirmed by email.

Pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults; ordinary wear to plating is not a fault.
Stock is limited and availability is confirmed at the point of dispatch.
